Excellent service, welcoming staff, spacious rooms, breathtaking views from upper floor rooms. Rooms have both bath and shower - a plus for tub lovers yet works for daily shower routine. Comfy beds, daily changed higj thread sheets. Breakfast very good esp having asian, indian hot meal options. Tip: go early before the crowds come and it's too busy. Indeed a great option for vacation with kids, esp the extras in the package - access to the beach. Be ready to rely on dubai city taxi for going to the beach - service great, prices ok, better than apps, they take cards. Tip: when you arrive if you take metro just go to the left on the gallery, then before museum take a right. It is the only way to get to hotel lobby be foot.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the E-butler service was absolutely amazing. You can simply send on whats app what you need and get an immediate response !! The executive lounge was exceptional with great staff. The staff there were really helpful to the point of playing and caring of my toddler while I enjoyed my meal or coffee. The suite was also extremely clean with multiple daily visits from housekeeping when we went out. I can really say that this is one of the best hotels I have been to.

The location was very convenient, elegant business crowd, and connected to a mall that had a Health Restaurant and a Starbucks. The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. it was very convenient for visiting the museum of the future. It had coffee and tea, making facilities in the room. The view was great, and it was close to the Dubai exhibition center. The staff was polite.
